This year has been unique and challenging indeed. As we leave 2020 behind, we would like to take a look at what we have accomplished this year together with our customers and amazing team. While we can not wait to go back to normal, we are glad to be a part of businesses’ digital transformation, improve how they work and stay connected in these times of uncertainty.

Renewed Our Website

This year, we have decided to come up with a new website with better communication and design when introducing ourselves and our solutions. Here we are, in the very website that we have renewed with a long thought process and great efforts on design and code!

Sufle is All AWS Certified

As we try to always improve ourselves and deliver best solutions, we value educating ourselves and keeping up with the latest standards and practices to do so. This year, our entire team became AWS Certified, certifications ranging from AWS Cloud Practitioners to AWS Solution Architect Professionals. Congratulations to the team for all the hard work!

Modern Cloud Architectures for Startups

We value sharing our experience with the startup businesses to help them build their business with the right technologies and tools from the start. In our Cloud Architecture for Startups Program, we have organized an educational event with QNBeyond to help the startups understand and evaluate cloud technologies and best practices for their unique business models and structures.

Became APN Immersion Days Partner

We are glad to expand our educational reach and become an official APN Immersion Days Partner. The Immersion Day topics include almost everything: starting from the General Immersion Days, there are many specialized areas including DevOps, Serverless, Containers, AI/ML, and many more. In these events, we share our expertise with the audience to help them learn and experiment with AWS technologies and services.

If you haven’t seen it already, here is our case study on how we teamed up with Influenster to help them scale their infrastructure as the platform reaches billions of users. Throughout the project, we helped the Influenster team to implement and learn Amazon SQS to achieve operational efficiency and high availability as they scale.

This year, we have become the first official AWS Well-Architected Partner in Turkey. Following the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its 5 key pillars, we helped our customers to improve and evolve their cloud infrastructures with AWS Well-Architected Reviews in line with their unique business needs and strategies.

This year, we had the opportunity to come together with all technology passionate and Python Istanbul community in the PyCon Turkey 2020! It was the first time that PyCon was being organized here, so it was very exciting with all the content modules and keynotes!

Organized First Sufle APN Immersion Days

We have organized our first APN Immersion Day with Workup İş Bankası and met with amazing startups. Our theme was Cloud Architecture for Modern Startups, in which the aim was to overview startup businesses’ technology journey and challenges. We have focused on core concepts on cloud, ways to address challenges with the best practices and building effective and scalable startup architectures with the overview presentations and technical demos.

This year, we have become an AWS Advanced Services Partner. This partnership means a lot for us with all the hard work and successful projects with our customers. Again, many thanks to all customers and AWS for their trust, support and collaboration in this journey.

Our approach to success is always learning and experimenting more. This year, our team exerted amazing collaboration to learn, experiment and share latest technologies, emerging approaches and proven best practices with the online audience. Our blog posts reached almost 8000 unique readers since the day we launched our renewed website. Follow our blog to see what our authors have to share each week!

Despite all the challenges, this year has proven us that collaboration and teamwork has no limits, even if we are apart. This year has been full of new opportunities and achievements to help businesses extend their limits.

This year has been full of great achievements on digital transformation as businesses embraced next-gen technology practices in these challenging times and helped people stay connected. We've successfully completed 7 brand new born in cloud projects, 14 cloud migration projects, 12 cloud re-architecture projects and 8 AWS Well-Architected Reviews and improvements with our customers and help them achieve effective, high-performing and successful cloud infrastructures for continued success.
