The excitement is real: PyCon will be organized in Istanbul for the very first time with the amazing Python Istanbul Community and Bogazici University Computer Engineering Department. PyCons are hosted all around the world, mostly organized by volunteers from local Python communities. With its members from newbies to pros, Python İstanbul community continues to expand its tech savvy community and build its culture. Python local communities all around the world come up together regularly to spread their experiences and educate themselves. The idea of “sharing is caring” comes to life with the supporting community that evolves day after day. If you are interested in Python, have knowledge to share or have desire to learn further, you are more than welcome!

PyCon Turkey 2020 will be opening its doors on May 2-3, 2020. We can’t wait to connect with the enthusiastic, sharing and supporting Python community to learn from each other. Due to safety and health measures for COVID-19, we were not able to meet with the PyCon community at PyCon Turkey 2020. The event has been postponed to a later date to ensure all of us are safe and healthy. We hope to see you all at the online events in the upcoming months!

PyCon Turkey 2020 will be held online on September 26^th, Saturday. We are excited for the Online PyCon Conference full of speaker streams, Q&A and networking sessions. See you there!
