Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, understanding their needs and challenges.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions for our solutions.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for our services based on customer needs.
Work closely with sales and technical teams to support customer accounts and help drive business growth.
Track customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools daily and generate reports as needed.
Support contract renewals, invoicing processes, and general account management tasks when needed.
Identify, evaluate and manage business opportunities/leads in securing sales pipeline in line with short&long-term goals and KPIs
Stay updated on AWS services, industry trends, and cloud market developments to provide relevant insights to customers.
BS or Equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a related field
1 to 3 years experience in account management, sales, business development in technology field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must - entire recruitment process will be conducted in English
Attention to detail is a must
Excellent time management skills to meet your responsibilities is required
Strong interest in technology and the cloud world
Familiarity with open source software.
Being a quick learner is a must in this role. You’ll be required to get AWS certifications after training.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello. Familiarity with communication platforms like Slack and/or Microsoft Teams.
Adaptability: Ability to adjust plans and approaches in response to dynamic business needs and priorities.
Attention to detail: Ability to notice small items to create a big impact in the end.
References: Any solid reference from the technology sector.
Any previous business experience with SaaS or Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
A public portfolio or reference to your previous work
Any kind of certification in cloud computing or technology field, etc.
Any public Blog, Podcasts, Youtube, Instagram, Affiliate, Media
