Job Description

        ●   Campaign Management:

                ○

Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to increase top-of-funnel activities, inbound pipeline, and overall revenue.

                ○

Plan and implement strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and webinars.

        ●   Optimization:

                ○

Leverage data to inform, test, and refine campaigns, including SEO efforts, ensuring continuous optimization and improved organic search results.

        ●   Execution:

                ○

Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.

                ○

Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and paid ads, in collaboration with our paid ads agency.

        ●   Data & Reporting:

                ○

Lead the reporting process for demand generation activities.

                ○

Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make recommendations to enhance the customer journey.

        ●   Social Media Growth & Strategy:

                ○

Develop growth-focused social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.

                ○

Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for each platform.

                ○

Plan and run social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and paid campaigns.

        ●   Social Media Account Management:

                ○

Manage and grow Sufle’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.

                ○

Engage with followers and influencers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community around the brand.

                ○

Regularly post and share content, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

        ●   Content Creation:

                ○

Collaborate with the marketing team to create original content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.

                ○

Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand’s tone, objectives, and growth strategies.

        ●   Event Management:

                ○

Plan and organize marketing events such as webinars, workshops, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.

        ●   Conversion Rate Optimization:

                ○

Analyze user journeys and optimize conversion rates across all digital channels.

        ●   Collaboration:

                ○

Work with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and customer success to execute cohesive marketing campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive marketing decisions.
  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid ads, webinars, and social media.
  • Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, especially LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in content creation and social media strategy.
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B marketing and knowledge.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience in Tech, Software or Startup company.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
