For our growing team, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. Leadership and Delivery: Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality results. Provide leadership to teams and act as the go-to person during critical phases.
Proactive Engagement: Stay ahead of project timelines by anticipating challenges and addressing them promptly. Be available whenever required to resolve roadblocks and ensure project momentum.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain close communication with stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress, risks, and dependencies. Manage expectations and provide transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Coordination: Lead and align cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, QA, and business analysts. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.
Cloud Expertise: Oversee projects involving cloud-based technologies, particularly AWS, ensuring they meet technical and business requirements. Provide insights to optimize cloud solutions for scalability and efficiency.
Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks to ensure smooth execution. Develop contingency plans for unforeseen challenges.
Hands-On Involvement: Dive into project details when needed, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams to keep projects on track.
Executive Communication: Prepare and present detailed project reports, progress updates, and performance metrics to the leadership team.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and delivery outcomes
Fluency in English is mandatory. The interview process will be conducted entirely in English, and candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Software, Electronics or any other engineering related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 1 years of project management experience in the technology or cloud sector.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies.
Familiarity with cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP or Azure. We are looking for a teammate that has launched production projects on cloud.
Familiarity with open source software.
Prior experience in software development or technical roles is highly desirable.
PMP, Scrum Master, or AWS certifications (e.g., Associate level AWS Certifications)
Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Experience in managing executive-level communication and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Three professional references from previous roles, which will be contacted as part of the hiring process.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello. Familiarity with communication platforms like Slack and/or Microsoft Teams.
Technology Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP or Azure. We are looking for a teammate that has launched production projects on cloud.
Adaptability: Ability to adjust plans and approaches in response to dynamic business needs and priorities.
Attention to detail: Ability to notice small items to create a big impact in the end.
